Master Reminder is a simple application that I wrote to help me remember God and Gurus while doing my job with my computer. What it does is that it shows for a few seconds every 30 minutes a randomly selected photo of Paramhansa Yogananda and other masters from the Kriya yoga lineage.

You can download the installer by clicking the download icon below. Currently, the only available version is for Windows. After installing the application you'll get a "Master reminder" shortcut on the desktop and in the Start menu.

You can run the application by clicking the "Master reminder" shortcut. After running it, a photo will be shown and then hidden after a few seconds. A randomly chosen photo will then be shown again every 30 minutes. After running the application you will also notice a new icon with a picture of Master in the system tray (bottom right part of your screen). Clicking the icon will show you the settings dialog (below is the screenshot), where you can modify the behavior of the application. You can change how often a picture is shown and for how long. By checking the "Run at system startup" the application will be automatically launched every time you reboot your computer.
If you wish to use some of your own favorite photos you can of course do that. All you need to do is copy the desired images to the C:\Program Files\Master Reminder\Photos folder (or wherever you chose to install the application). You don't need to restart the application. When it will be again time to show a photo, the new photos will automatically be considered as candidates to be shown. The supported formats of the photos are jpg, png, gif and bmp.
You can close the application by right-clicking the icon in the system tray and then clicking Exit in the popup menu.

If you wish to uninstall the application you can simply go to the Start menu --> Programs --> Master Reminder and then click the Uninstall shortcut.
